Perfect for couples or small groups, this cozy and comfortable dome home sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen memory foam bed and a sofa bed (separated by a wall in the same open space). Enjoy a peaceful stay with TV and a selection of DVDs for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. Please note that there is no sink in the kitchenette, but we provide paper and plastic cups, plates, and silverware for easy dining. THE LOCATION! Step outside and you’re just steps away from the trailhead! Shaver Lake is a hub for outdoor fun—hiking, fishing, boating, and more are all at your fingertips. You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood! 4 wheel drive and tire chains are strongly encouraged during winter months, and may be required by California Highway Patrol if there's snow in the forecast. Since the Creek Fire, there has been an influx of wildlife in the area. Make sure you do not leave food outside or in your car. Be aware of your surroundings during walks. Pitch and sap will accumulate on your shoes after walking around outside, please remove your shoes indoors. The restroom is not attached to the dome home but it is conveniently located just steps away! The sink in the restroom is the only sink available. *We are located in the DT area of Shaver, near the entrance of the trailhead. *While WiFi is available, we do not advertise it due to its spotty connection.
