One of a kind space with a large kitchen perfect for cooking, a fun bar area for late nights after visiting the national park and hanging out with friends, a spa-like master retreat, and a very large backyard. This home has a full GYM in the garage (no kids allowed in the gym). Close to popular walking/jogging trails and within walking distance to the convenience store, this home is the definition of "conveniently located" in a close-knit neighborhood with law enforcement, families, and older couples as neighbors. The extra large family room TV is great for movie nights and sports! Dog-friendly, thoughtfully curated with vintage pieces, and conveniently located, this space is truly one-of-a-kind in Tulare. For transportation, we recommend using your own vehicle. Free street parking is available. Public transportation options are limited in Tulare. For travel to major hubs, the closest airport is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), approximately 60 miles away, which is about a 1-hour drive depending on traffic. Consider this when planning your trip. - Extra guest fee (After 4 guests, $20 per person, per night) - Pet fee ($100 per pet, nonrefundable) - There are NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO DRUGS allowed. - Guests may enjoy the full private gym at their own risk, but children are not allowed in the gym. - Lawn Maintenance is 2x a week.
