The Space As you enter the house, you'll find a cozy living room with a sectional, Smart TV, and dining area.  The kitchen and laundry room are to the right, and down a hallway to the left you'll find the bedroom and bathroom.   The home has air conditioning and heating, and stays comfortable throughout the year. The kitchen has all full size appliances and is stocked and ready with all the tools you'll need to cook meals while you're in town. There is one bedroom, and the home has a max capacity of 2 guests, or 2 guests and one small child. Neighborhood Quiet neighborhood south of Kaweah Health Hospital, just minutes to HWY 198 for easy access to everything Visalia has to offer and beyond.  Next door, the home is owned by Kaweah Health and used for families in need of housing while their loved ones have extended hospital stays. The neighborhood is primarily single-family and multi-family residential. There's a park across the street, perfect for leisurely morning walks or unwinding after a long day.  Hop on HWY 198 East and head to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, just 45 minutes away.   Feel free to ask us for directions or recommendations to our favorite day trips and adventure spots! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.  If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. 5. We enjoyed our stay at this home. We stayed for 4 nights. The home is inviting and cozy. The owner was incredibly responsive. I would recommend this stay and would definitely stay again if we travel to the area.
