Walk to local wine rooms or drive to the myriad of local wineries along HWY 101, HWY 46, Edna Valley, and Paso Robles.  Easy access just blocks away to HWY 1 and HWY 101.  The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and nearest international airport is LAX. The nearest train station is the Amtrak in Grover Beach, a long walk or short drive.

There are no pets allowed at this property because there is no grass or other potty space around, and there are a lot of stairs, not suitable for pets.
The fireplace is not functioning, unfortunately, it has never worked.
The garage is suitable for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. There is one parking space next to the garage and free street parking, but both are first come first served.
Two blocks from downtown Pismo! One block from the sand, with an easy ramp or stair access.
