Located in a gated community a short drive, or long walk, from the town of Shaver Lake! 30 minutes from China Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes from swimming holes at Dinky Creek! This is a townhome, connected on one side to another residence, but the corner lot and quiet community makes it feel private. We like this setup because you get middle of the forest feel, but with a greater sense of security. The community also offers a pool, a pool pass is provided with your stay!
Guests must be 25 to book and we do enforce our no-party policy.
Please note that check-in is between 4-8:30pm. No exceptions.
Well behaved, trained pets only. 2 pets max. Owners must pay a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per pet.

Me and my Family really enjoyed our stay.
Loved our mountain getaway. Beds were super comfortable, easy to get the TVs working and the back patio was lovely. Kitchen is well stocked. Great place!
We felt right at home in this modern townhome. Kitchen, bedrooms, baths and living areas were pretty good and comfortable. No complaints at all, we made great memories in this trip. It was our 4th trip to this area in 8 years.
