The cutest Spanish style apartment in a 2 unit complex, with great neighbors and great little neighborhood right behind a private school. A short walk or drive to bustling Shaw Ave., you'll have lots of shops and restaurants at your fingertips. The apartment is located on a quiet dead end street just off the main road. There's easy access to HWY 99, HWY 41, and HWY 168. A straight shot down Shaw will take you to Fresno State and the Savemart Center, 15 minutes give or take with traffic. This is a great little fully equipped apartment perfect for a family or a couple friends traveling through the valley or in town to visit. We welcome longer stays and groups up to 5 people, or more if there are kids willing to camp out on the couches or floor. We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area. The driveway is shared. We are available between 8am- 9pm.
