Walking distance to The Well Coffee Shop, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Dominos, Zumwalt Park, City Hall, Radiant Tulare, and boutique shops downtown on K street. Because of the park and downtown location, there is a homeless population presence. We suggest using your own vehicle to get around. Pets are allowed but there is NO GRASS, only artificial turf, and there are spaces in the fence where dogs can easily get out. "Sneaking" animals onto the property will result in the appropriate pet fees. The home is located across from the park, flower shop, restaurants, police station, city hall, and more commercial buildings. It is not located in a residential area. There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 4 guests.
