Spacious 4BR Near Fresno State & Save Mart

We were really disappointed with this stay. The photos on the listing do not accurately represent the space — the reality was significantly worse. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout. The linens, rugs, and couch did not appear to have been properly cleaned for sometime, and the overall space was dingy. Most concerningly, our dog picked up fleas during the stay. He is well trained and stayed off the furniture, so the fleas almost certainly came from the rugs or backyard. For a house that sleeps 8, the basic supplies were completely inadequate: 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, no soap for shower use or hand washing and only one bottle of shampoo/conditioner available in a single bathroom.The outdoor space was also poorly maintained. The backyard fence was broken with a gap large enough for a dog to escape. through. The outdoor furniture was broken and unmaintained. At $1,000 for two nights, this property is nowhere near worth the price.

The stay was okay overall, but there were definitely some cleanliness issues. The house had an odd smell when we arrived, and we later found trash under the couch. Unfortunately, my dog also ended up covered in fleas after the stay, which was really frustrating and costly. The place has potential, but I think it could benefit from more thorough cleaning and upkeep.

I would book again in the future! The home was in a great location, quiet, and felt like home! My friends and I were in town for a wedding so it was the perfect area to in.
